Vario C Diaphragm Dosing Pumps

 

  • With 4 gear reduction ratios, 2 dosing head sizes and 2 dosing head materials, the Vario C motor-driven metering pump is well adapted to basic metering tasks. It is available with a three-phase or single-phase AC motor. Its pump capacity is adjusted via the stroke length, in 1% increments, with a self-locking rotary dial.

  • The ProMinent® Sigma/ 2 diaphragm metering pump
  • has a high strength metal-lined housing for those components subject to load, and an additional plastic housing to protect against corrosion. It has a capacity range of 50 - 420 l/h at a max. back pressure of 4 - 12 bar. The pump capacity is adjusted by varying the stroke length (5 mm) in 0.5 % steps via a self-locking adjusting knob.

  • The ProMinent® Makro Makro diaphragm pump
  • is a standard sized metering pump driven by an 0.75 kW dual wound three phase motor. Shift ring mechanism, in a choice of four reduction ratios, are built into a salt water-resistant and acrylic resin coated cast housing. Liquid ends are available in different material combinations to suit different metering applications. The suction lift varies depending upon the density and viscosity of the feed chemical, and connecting pipework dimensions.

The cast aluminium housing is combined at any one time with 4 gear reductions. Comes in 2 liquid end sizes and 2 liquid end materials. All pump types are standard sized and fitted with a bypass valve integrated into the hydraulics, as well as a multi-layer diaphragm with diaphragm rupture signalling.

    Mf Metering Pump w/Hydraulic Double PTFE Diaphragm

  • ProMinent® Mf diaphragm metering pump with hydraulic double PTFE diaphragm
  • Hydraulic actuated diaphragm head. A double PTFE diaphragm hermetically separates the wetted area from the hydraulic chamber. During the discharge stroke, the diaphragm is balanced by the hydraulic liquid only. During the suction stroke the diaphragm operation is aided by the mechanical coupling. This combined principle offers an extraordinary suction lift capability of the Mf pump.

    Integrated in the hydraulic chamber are the pressure relief valve and an automatic venting valve. The valveless forced reflow of the internal oil leakage operates wearfree and guarantees optimum metering accuracy. The pump check valves are of cone type. This guarantees low wear, short pressure loss (NPSHR) and self-cleaning.

    All wetted parts (except for the PTFE-diaphragm) are fabricated from stainless steel.

    PS Plunger Metering Pump w/stuff box packing

  • Plunger Head PS
  • Plunger head with stuff box packing. The plunger oscillates in the cylinder and displaces the liquid. The packing adjustment is achieved by the front-sided adjusting screw, which is also possible during operation. The lantern on the rear head end serves to drain the leakage or can be used as an area to flush, lubricate or seal the pump with suitable media.

    The pump check valves are of cone type. This guarantees low wear, short pressure loss (NPSHR) and self-cleaning. All wetted parts are fabricated from stainless steel and sealed by PTFE.

  • Valveless plunger metering pump DR
  • Valveless operating plunger metering pump with rotary control piston. It works by the combined oscillating and rotating movement of the piston. Thus the displacer itself opens and closes discharge and suction ports. Valves are not required. The pump can be operated through a very wide range of stroke frequencies.

    This principle enables the exact metering of highly viscous liquids which also might contain - even large - solids.

  • Throughout the world, the prevailing water quality does not always comply with the WHO requirements for water quality. Correspondingly, therefore, health risks cannot always be ruled out. In these cases the Dulcoclean® compact waterworks are the ideal solution.
