Fluid Engineering, is a proud distributor of Tuthill® Pump Group‘s complete line of rotary gear and rotary lobe pumps. Fluid Engineering provides bare pumps and complete pump units for
both lubrication and process services.
Lubrication Pumps
Tuthill manufactures a
complete line of pumps used to pump
lubrication oil. These are often used as
an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) component on rotating equipment to
provide lubrication for gears, bearings and seals.
They are also used on
heating equipment to feed fuel oil to the burners. These pumps are manufactured
in cast iron only.
Process Pumps
Tuthill also manufactures
positive-displacement pumps used in
process plants on a variety of process applications. These pumps will handle
high viscosity, hot or abrasive fluids, or a combination of all these.
These
products are manufactured in iron and stainless steel, and are available with
packing, mechanical seals or magnetically-coupled.
Magnetically-Coupled Gear Pumps
Tuthill‘s line of magnetically-coupled miniature gear pumps
provide leak-free, precise, non-pulsing flows from 1 ml/min to 10 USGPM (38
lpm) at differential pressures to 250 psi (17.2 bar), system pressures to 500
psi (34.5 bar), temperatures to 350°F (176°C), and viscosities to 2000+ cps.
